*Harbour*

Just 3 weeks ago I went on a big city trip with my bestie Kerstin from Sweden which I still know from London. We started in Berlin and Hamburg, spent a few days in Amsterdam and then set off to Stockholm. Four fantastic cities, four inspiring fashion sources and I couldn`t tell which one I liked the most. I fell in love with all of them. Suddenly!
It was my first time in Hamburg and I was really excited to go there. Unfortunately we weren`t that lucky with the weather but I`m sure that I`ll come back in the summer anyways. We spent the first day at the beautiful harbour and on the beach watching the big ships going in and out the port.
It was quite windy as you can see on my third picture, but still a lovely day.
More about Hamburg and all its fantastic stores in my next post!
Wish you all a lazy and cozy sunday afternoon!

Look of the day #1: Back in the streets

**
jeans: American Apparel
beanie: somewhere in London
ancle Boots: somewhere in Munich
chemise: H&M
Shirt: H&M
bag: Urban Outfitters
**

Today my Look-of-the-day-series starts. From now on I try to post my daily outfits more often and I`m quite excited about it. So here is my first outfit: nothing extraordinary but I like the comfiness about it. My grey shirt is by the way my most loved piece of the world.
I know the beanie looks super-hipster but I bought it in London during my six months stay last year and that`s why I still can`t divest myself from it... There are just a few clothes in my wardrobe which I never could get rid of just because of the memory that is associated with it forever.
The bag from Urban Outfitters is only 5 days old and I love it already. I`m quite sure it will accompany me for a long time...
I`m sorry for my bad describing but unfortunately I have no idea where I get the beanie or the shoes exactly. And I`m not really sure which photo editor I like more..:)

Favourite Fashion Blogger

Hi there,
hope you`re all good! Finally a new month began and messy-weather-depressing-January is over.  Althoug I have to admit, January has its advantages too, it`s my absolute favourite month in fashion. Guess why? :) It`s Fashion week time! Trendsetting is just everywhere... But in my next post more about it. Now I want to present you some of my favourite loved to death Fashion Blogs at all! Of course I can`t show you every blogger I like, but here are some of my most inspiring accounts on Instagram.
For me Instagram is the best way to stay in touch with actual fashion news and follow all these amazing bloggers worldwide, just saying :)

So allow me to introduce Camille Charrière, a half French-half British Parisian who moved to London to follow her heart into fashion (by the way: London & Paris?! My absolute two favourite cities in the world!). She started her blog, while she was studying for her final exams as a barrister in Paris, but not really feeling it was her. Things turned out well: Now she’s working at Net-a-Porter’s headquarters in Shepherd’s Bush and her daily musings and photos have catapulted her to the Forefront of the bloggers, sitting next to Chiara Ferragni at fashions Shows. On http://www.camilleovertherainbow.com/ she gives us little insights in her everyday life which is mostly compromised of invitations to fashion Shows, super nonchalant evening events and daily dates with other fashion journalists and friends. But no matter where she goes, she always has this parisian casual but smart chic which I love so much.  Camille lives and breathes what she posts about daily and it comes across on her site. You`ll see what I mean if you look at her blog (provided you don`t know and love her already)...

This very pretty lady with an amazing "Carrie"-life lives unsurprisingly in New York -Manhattan. Arielle Nachmani from http://somethingnavy.com/ has everything I ever wanted: an incredibly big shoe rack (most of them from Jimmy Choo or Louboutin), always-beachy-waves-hair, a supercute husband (after a wonderful wedding in Miami last summer), a super body, a  huge flat in New York (what else do I have to say?) and millions of beautiful clothes and sunglasses! What I like the most: you can directly shop her items if you like one. Theres a link http://somethingnavy.com/shop/ to all the pieces she presented before on her blog. If you don`t believe me, have a look...

Who you also shouldn`t miss, is Andy from http://stylescrapbook.com/, a young fashion blogger based in Amsterdam and started her blog over 7 years ago. So a real blogger of the first hour :) What I like most about her, is her uncomplicated, sometimes a bit boyish but always supersexy look. By the way she travels the world and lets us all be part of it...

This beautiful young woman from Australia is not only a well known fashion blogger and welcome guest at fashion Shows, but also a very talented photographer and model. You can admire her expressive masterpieces on http://zanita.com.au/. Besides fashion photography she often posts pictures from beautiful Stockholm, her current Location which I enjoy a lot. She is best friends with Chiara Ferragni and she with her outfits, a wild mix of elegane and coolness, she always reminds me of Grace Kelly. Convince yourself!

Another favourite blog of mine is http://www.collagevintage.com/, where Sara Escudero proudly presents her lookbook. I always find there a lot of easy-to-imitate and inspiring outfits. She definetely understands to create casual but still classy looks with a touch of vintage and her Instagram page is like a collage of beautiful photographs. She also always comments explicitly from catwalks and fashion shows like this year`s Mango Spring/Summer 080 in Barcelona.

Last but not least my absolute favourite blog amongst all.
Gala Gonzales from http://www.amlul.com/  shows us what ultimate coolness looks like. With a ultracool lifestyle as a DJane and Designer in London, she has (like sheself describes) an indefinable je ne sais quois that just gets it right: highly personal, effortless style documented regularly, broken up with enough other content to keep readers coming back for more... There`s no more to say.
I love her attitude, I love her outfits, I love following her around the world and see what great she explores.
She`s also busy modeling as the face for Saylor NY S/S 15, Superga and so forth, hosting huge product launches in Madrid, designin her own clothing line and reporting from fashion weeks, but not like everyone else does: Gala is equipped with a microphone and a camera-team, and reports exlusively from backstage in her TV-Show Gala confidental: http://www.amlul.com/category/gala-confidential-tv-show.
At all events you have to watch her behind the szenes-video of the Chanels Super-Shopping-Center-Catwalk-Show from March 2014. Although it`s a long time ago and everyone knows already the fantastic set in middle of a supermarket, it`s still worth throwing a look at it and get the real feeling from it.
Vogue UK in 2010 couldn`t have said it better: "It’s success is a dream come true for a girl who enjoys fashion above anything.”.

For now I hope you enjoy browsing through the different blogs and celebrating that January is over and spring is almost here ;)

Mädchenflohmarkt

One day in the summer we got an invitation to the presentation of the new platform "Mädchenflohmarkt", it almost works like "Kleiderkreisel", but it only sells high quality products and always verifies the payment and the dispatch of an order. So you can easily send them some of your old clothes (who have to be still in a good condition), they wrap it up and send it for you to the buyer. I really like the idea of "Mädchenflohmarkt" who not only sell really beautiful pieces, but also do something against the thinking of wastefulness of our generation. If you don`t like your old yellow pencil skirt with those big blue flowers anymore, doesn`t has to say that somebody else might not be interested in. Maybe exact that old skirt can really make somebodys day... I also love their webpage where they`re not just selling and presenting clothes, but also show the wardrobes of known people in fashion szene like photographers, bloggers or boutique owners for example. It`s always a big inspiration for me to visit their site.
It also was a really nice afternoon we spent at the "White Rabbit", a small café in Munich, where "Mädchenflohmarkt" presented some of their articles of clothing. I talked to a lot of interesting women who work for fashion magazines like the fashion assisant of the german Vogue etc.
The menu was by the way also very delicious :)
I hope you find the time to scroll through the different offers on http://www.maedchenflohmarkt.de/  and enjoy the rest of your sunday and have a wonderful start in the week!

My loved colleagues at work

It seems really long ago that I posted the last time but there were so many things going on I couldn`t tell... But I promised to talk a little bit `bout my internship. So here I go: I absolutely loved it. There is nothing to say but this. My colleagues were amazing, we had such a good time together. Almost every second day we drank champagne after work just to celebrate our end of the work day or sometimes just ourselves. There was a great atmosphere all the time and I could really see how everybody loves its job there. It wasn`t only a job for them, but it was their Passion and they loved it. Not always of course, but most of the time. Working at a Fashion Magazine is the most incredible experience I ever made. My boss, who by the way was the most amazing woman I ever met, gave me a lot of responsibility and I always had a lot to do. Although I "only" was a trainee, I realised many interviews with starlets (among others Jürgen Vogel lol :), Fashion and Beauty Shootings and helped often at the Organisation of productions. All in all I loved it. But I already mentioned that I think ;) On the first picture you can see my favourite mate ever. Nicole who was an absolute fantastic listener and best smoking buddy you can imagine. Even now, six months after the end of my internship we`re staying in touch. On the second picture all my loved colleagues are together. It originated at the good-bye-party my boss threw because of the end of my internship. How I already said she was amazing, you can see her on the last Picture (right). With an amazing career, two sugarcute kiddies, a lovely husband, an incredibly beautiful flat in Munich and the most open-minded and creative mind this woman achieved everything I want in life... The redheaded girl next to me is Julia, the most lovely styling assistent I ever saw. Beside work we become good friends and she was the one which who I explored my true taste in music and my passion for electro festivals in beach locations in Munich. Summarizing I just want to say: THANK YOU you all for this amazing time!
